Before you choose
The details that change the decision
Check 01
Wireless output is identical. Wired output is not
Both models rate Qi2 magnetic wireless output at up to 15W. Over a cable the 10K Slim reaches 30W USB-C while the 5K reaches 20W, so a wired top-up favors the larger pack.
Check 02
Slimness trades against reserve
The 5K lists 122g and 8.6mm thick against the 10K’s 215.9g and 14.7mm. The 5K’s 5,000mAh label is half the 10K’s, so it suits a top-up role rather than all-day charging.
Check 03
Magnetic fit is a phone-and-case question
Attachment depends on compatible magnetic alignment: iPhones with MagSafe-style alignment work directly, while many Android phones need a magnetic or Qi2 case. Check the exact phone and case before choosing wireless as the main path.

Family questions
Frequently asked questions
Do both MagGo models support Qi2?
Yes. Anker rates Qi2 wireless output at up to 15W on both the 10K Slim and the 5K Nano MagGo Slim. The differences are capacity, wired USB-C ceilings and carry size.
Which MagGo is better for wired charging?
The 10K Slim: its USB-C path reaches 30W, against 20W over the 5K’s built-in USB-C cable. Wireless output is 15W on both.
Will a MagGo bank attach to any phone?
No. Magnetic attachment needs compatible alignment on the phone or case. Anker advises Android users to use a magnetic or Qi2 case, and lists exceptions for some smaller or older iPhone models and interfering cases.
