Which tradeoff fits your kit?
Choose Anker for integrated cables and a higher 100W USB-C refill ceiling. Choose UGREEN when your laptop can accept its stronger 140W single-port output, or when its lower 513g weight matters. Both have a 25,000mAh capacity label, but their one-port limits differ.

What the specifications say
Single-port output shows the ceiling for one wired connection. Combined output describes power shared across ports. They answer different questions.

Before you choose
The details that change the decision
Check 01
Cable convenience changes the kit
Anker includes fixed and retractable USB-C cables, each rated up to 100 W. UGREEN’s strongest USB-C port offers 140 W but requires a separate cable. The listed pack weights are 595 g and 513 g; add any separate cable to the UGREEN kit before comparing carry weight.
Check 02
Shared output is conditional
Anker documents 165 W shared across two outputs, with a 100 W ceiling for one USB-C connection. UGREEN documents USB-C1 at 140 W and USB-C2 at 65 W, but our sources do not establish a combined allocation. We leave that total unknown rather than add port ratings.
Check 03
Match the charger as well as the laptop
Anker accepts up to 100 W input; UGREEN accepts 65 W. UGREEN has the higher single-device output ceiling, while Anker has the higher single-input ceiling. Which helps depends on whether you need more laptop power or have short opportunities to refill.
