The P55L-E2 combines 10,000mAh capacity, a 45W USB-C output and an attached USB-C cable in a 180.4g body. The tethered cable lowers cable friction for a compact everyday carry, while its length and fixed connection are tradeoffs.

BatteryRank review
A compact pick for phones, tablets and compatible lower-draw USB-C laptops when the integrated cable is useful. Its 45W ceiling is below many laptop adapters, so compare the exact computer’s input requirement before treating it as a laptop substitute.

Use and carrying fit
INIU lists up to 45W through its USB-C output and built-in cable, plus 22.5W USB-A. The bank’s compact capacity suits short top-ups more naturally than extended laptop workloads.
What changes the choice
Check the laptop maker’s minimum supported USB-C PD input and its behavior below the supplied adapter rating. A power bank may charge slowly, maintain charge, or fail to charge during high load depending on that device.
The integrated USB-C cable doubles as a carry loop, but it cannot be detached as an ordinary lead. The bank still has a USB-C port if a separate cable is preferable.
Before connecting devices
A port’s published maximum and the combined multi-port limit are separate ratings. A device can draw less than the bank’s maximum based on its own requirements and the negotiated charging profile.
INIU lists up to 27W input and up to 45W output. Those are separate directions; a 45W wall adapter does not make this bank recharge at 45W.

Exact-model questions
It provides up to 45W over USB-C. Whether that is adequate depends on the laptop’s required and accepted USB-C PD input, plus its workload while charging.
No. INIU’s product page lists a maximum 27W USB-C input and 45W output.
