We put the NB10000 Gen4 in the outdoor group for its documented 143g weight, 10,000mAh/39Wh rating, and two USB-C outputs. The important limit is the difference between 22.5W from either output on its own and 15W maximum total output when both are used.

BatteryRank review
A low-weight, phone-first outdoor bank when a 22.5W single output is enough. It is not a high-watt laptop option, and its dual-output total is lower than its per-port peak.
Ratings below are manufacturer-claimed. Open a reading to see its source and check date; derived comparisons are identified separately.
Use and carrying fit
NITECORE lists 10,000mAh, 39Wh, and 143g ±5g before the included lanyard cable. The 22.5W USB-C output fits a phone-first carry better than a high-watt laptop role; the manual also notes an IPX7 rating but says the product is not designed for underwater use.
What changes the choice
NITECORE lists 22.5W maximum at USB-C OUT1 and OUT2 individually, but 15W maximum total output at 5V/3A. We would not use the per-port peak as a simultaneous-output promise.
The product page advertises IPX7. The manual says the device is not designed for underwater use and instructs users to dry it thoroughly after accidental drops into water; we preserve that caveat alongside the rating.
Before connecting devices
A port’s published maximum and the combined multi-port limit are separate ratings. A device can draw less than the bank’s maximum based on its own requirements and the negotiated charging profile.
The manual lists 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, and 12V/1.87A for USB-C OUT1 and OUT2, each with a 22.5W maximum. It separately caps total output at 5V/3A (15W), so simultaneous use is not simply the sum of both single-output maxima.
NITECORE lists a lanyard charging cable in the package contents but excludes accessories from the 143g ±5g product weight. We do not count that cable as another rated output port.

Exact-model questions
NITECORE rates each output at up to 22.5W individually, but the manual lists 15W maximum total output at 5V/3A. The shared limit is the number to use when both outputs are active.
No. The product page lists IPX7, while the manual says the product is not designed for underwater use and should be dried after an accidental drop in water.
