BatteryRank review
Best suited to a phone, tablet or lower-draw USB-C device when built-in cable convenience matters. Although the individual 45W USB-C rating can serve some smaller laptops, the 10,000mAh capacity label and multi-port sharing make it a smaller reserve than the laptop-class models.

Use and carrying fit
The retractable cable and separate USB-C port each support up to 45W individually. Three output choices give flexibility, but the 22.5W total limit applies when multiple outputs are active.
What changes the choice
One USB-C path can reach 45W; Anker rates cable plus USB-C port together at up to 22.5W, and all three outputs together at up to 22.5W. The per-port peak should not be read as simultaneous output.
Anker lists up to 30W input for recharging the bank and up to 45W output from an individual USB-C path. Those are separate directions and ratings.
Before connecting devices
A port’s published maximum and the combined multi-port limit are separate ratings. A device can draw less than the bank’s maximum based on its own requirements and the negotiated charging profile.
The A1638 FAQ specifies up to 30W input. For connected devices, Anker rates either USB-C output path individually at up to 45W; the active-port count changes the available shared output.

Manufacturer claims link to the dated source used for this exact revision. Watt-hours appear only when the OEM states them explicitly; we do not infer energy from milliamp-hours.
Exact-model questions
No. Anker rates either path individually at up to 45W, but cable and USB-C port together share up to 22.5W total. With all three output paths in use, the published total is also up to 22.5W.
Anker’s product FAQ lists 36Wh for A1638. We use that stated rating rather than deriving watt-hours from the capacity label.
